Horrible Behavior

I have seen enough criminal cases in the past two court dockets that I can make about three different blogs up. I'm trying to group them so that they can make sense. This is the first of the series.

In the past few days I have seen four different criminal defendants who have sexual deviancy issues. These kinds of criminals are the reason why sex offenders (both male and female) should have their genitals mutilated with no form of anesthesia.

First case involved an illegal Mexican who I mentioned in an earlier blog (http://cjcrimgirl.blogspot.com/2008/12/chocked-full-of-felons.html) . He was accused of (and admitted to both the police and in court) of molesting his step-daughter. Apparently he decided to do foreplay, anal, and vaginal sex with a seven to eight year old little girl. His dumb ass was in court this time for a preliminary hearing. He now has decided that he is innocent of all the charges (despite his earlier admissions of guilt). Needless to say he's still locked up and the case is proceeding on to a criminal trial.

Second case involved the brother of the illegal Mexican (also illegal) who decided he needed to molest the same girl as his brother. This fucker apparently, in front of another child, decided to put his hands down the front of the girl's underwear and touch her private area. He plead guilty to sexual battery, was sentenced to a few years in jail, and was going to be deported as soon as he got out. The entire time this asshole was smiling. I hope that someone rapes him in prison. I don't usually wish that kind of stuff on people, but this guy is an ass.

Third case involved a guy who was in jail for being a peeping tom, masturbating in public, indecent exposure, and some other voyeur related activities. He decided to go around his neighborhood committing this kind of behavior. A few of his neighbors, needless to say, filed charges against him. All of this occurred after he was already on PRE-TRIAL SUPERVISION for a set of similar charges. He tried to get bail. The judge just looked at him and said, "You're a threat to the community. No bond."

Fourth case involved a guy who was charged with indecent exposure. This fool decided to stand in his front yard, naked, and wave at his next door neighbors. At the time the neighbor's son and his 19 year old friend were outside playing basketball. The guy plead guilty, apologized for his behavior, and stated he was going to counseling. The judge just looked at him and stated "You have a problem sir." He got jail time, put on supervised probation, sex offender treatment, and was to register as a sex offender. The only good out of this was that the guy stated he sold his house as a result of the incident. At least his neighbors don't have to worry about him anymore.

The judge, in the above mentioned case, told the defendant "The act is an example of horrible behavior." I agree. I think the term "horrible behavior" fits all of these criminal defendants.
