Random Dumbasses, First Edition

I've decided to start a blog series called random dumb asses. It's cases that I wish I had time to go into detail about but I don't due to underlying employment, education, DOJ, and court obligations. It just shows you the level of stupidity you encounter when dealing with the criminal justice system.

Here is this week's edition:

-A girl and her mother who decide to fight the cops in their own police precinct. Brother of the family was apparently getting arrested on outstanding warrants. Mom and sis decide to attack police and their administrative staff. Needless to say the attack was thwarted and the pair now have felony convictions for battery on a law enforcement officer.

-A woman who got stabbed by her husband. She signed an affidavit swearing to this. She decides that after she kicks her husband out that she now needs to invite him back in. He was granted a bond in the case (charged with felony malicious wounding) but can't contact her. She goes into court and asks judge to allow him to move back in with her. Judge disagrees for obvious safety reasons. I guess death is the only thing that is going to wake that woman up.

-A young man charged with felony malicious wounding over a knife attack that occurred in a local shopping mall. Fight was over a girl. The young man gets banned from the mall both by the mall authorities and by the court. Comes into court during probation hearing (already convicted of charge)and admits to trespassing on the mall property twice to the court and his probation officer. Needless to say he went to jail for 30 days for that violation.

-Various people who kept violation court orders. Needless to say everyone who came for cases that afternoon went to the back. The only person who didn't end up in the back had weekend jail.

-Girl who was ordered by the court not to smoke weed. She kept smoking week, got busted in school with weed. She's now serving a ten day stay in detention.

-This random dumb ass who thinks just because he plays high school football he can commit armed robbery. He's already been convicted of grand larceny and breaking and entering. His mother kept stating he was a football star and all that all the schools wanted him. Considering his track record, he's right on the way of becoming a NFL star...

-One of the victims of the pre-mentioned football star. This guy stated in a police report the dude robbed him, then went to court and lied and stated it never happened. Better yet he came to court with the guy's mom. You're either a pathetic liar or the world's biggest wimp.

That's all for now....

More to follow soon!

I'm glad to hear that suspects are getting CONVICTED for assaulting cops in your neck of the woods. Over here, a cop has to lose a body part, at minimum, for the DA to even think about filing a case.
