Random Dumbasses Part 2

I apologize for my lack of blogging. I have been extremely busy the past month. I'm going to give a short synopsis of some of the dumbasses I have seen in court recently.

-There was a guy who was back on a administrative review for a drug charge. He'd been sentenced to substance abuse classes. Guess who failed EVERY DRUG TEST that he took during his classes? Judge was less than impressed-he was sentenced to 30 days in jail and had to be on an electornic monitor after that for violating probation.

-Another guy on a drug charge who kept dropping out of rehab, using drugs, and then re-enrolling in drug rehab classes. He's already a convicted felon so this is the least of his problems. He got some incarceration time.

-The step-father from hell-This guy let his dumbass of a wife leave her kids home alone while he just let for work. One of the kids told his teacher the other one was at home. Police showed up and arrested mom and step-dad. Come to find out this genius is already on a suspended jail term for beating his step-child to the point that the kid had bruises. I'm thinking this mom doesn't need custody of the kids. Great thing about it was that he told the arresting officer that his parents left him home alone when he was that age. Yeah, and look at how great you turned out.

-The repeat offender from an early blog. Kid was sent to a secure juvenile facility for several years for being violent. He came back to court, plead guilty to another charge, and got another six months tacked onto his sentence. When he comes into court, judge looks at him and says, "How do you enjoy being incarcerated?" Kid just looked at him and said, "It sucks."
