Random Dumbasses Part 4

After today's insane misdemeanor docket, I figured I needed to post these cases. True live entertainment!

1) Case one involves a 21 year old male criminal defendant. Apparently the defendant and his underage girlfriend went to visit a department store around closing time (10 pm). The loss prevention officer who was working the store picked up on this pair because it seemed like they were loitering. At some point then sat down in the back of the department store near a camping display. Once seated the young man took his penis out of his pants and the girl began to perform oral sex on him. The security guy was shocked and subsequently called the police. The man was arrested for indecent exposure.

There are dumb asses all around in this case-the defendant and his girlfriend. The parents of the underage girlfriend are also dumb asses for allowing their daughter to CONTINUE SEEING HIM after all of this. Seriously.

His defense lawyer also was a dumb ass because he insinuated that this activity was "making up" after a day of fighting. REALLY? I mean can't you do that in some more DISCRETE location.

Not surprising judge found him guilty.

2) Case two involves a semi-homeless drunk who decided it would be a great idea to take a juvenile pan-handling with him at the local convenience store. Too bad it was like after midnight when he decided to go and do this. Someone noticed the pair in the parking lot and called the police. The homeless guy got arrested for public intoxication and deliquency of a minor. He admitted to the arresting officer he knew it was wrong to take the juvenile. The juvenile also testified in court that he was aware of the juvenile's panhandling (panhandling is illegal anyways.) He knew the juvenile from his living arrangements at the time. Judge found him guilty. The juvenile in the case currently has their own issues in the court system as well.

3) Case three involves some asshole who hit his friend. The asshole hit his friend after the young man refused to give him a ride home due to his aggressive and drunk behavior. The guy hit him so hard that he broke his jaw in three places. The victim's had to have plates put in his jaw to fix it. The defendant's excuse-He has bipolar disorder and wasn't taking his medication. Oh well. I hope he enjoys his jail term. Stupid asshole.
